We’ve given our loyalty programme a refresh, and it’s now called KILLSTAR VIP.
There are three new tiers, Initiate, Familiar and Oracle, based on what you spend over 12 months: £125 to reach Familiar and £300 to reach Oracle. The higher you rise, the more you’re rewarded, with up to 1.5 points per £1, bigger birthday rewards, level up and anniversary rewards, and a VIP annual gift for Oracle members.
When KILLSTAR VIP launched on 5 November 2026, every member was placed into a tier based on their spend over the previous 12 months. The monthly prize draw has ended, and in its place are rewards you get every time you shop. Your points balance hasn’t changed, and you still spend your points the same way: log in and choose your reward at checkout.
