Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Absolutely not! Sign-up is 100% free -
Once you are in Member, Insider or Leader tiers, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

Do I have to opt-in to earn rewards?
No! As of the 23rd of September 2025, we took away the need to sign up to start earning rewards. Everyone can take advantage of our expanding rewards program. If you’ve been ordering with us since then, simply login with the email address you ordered with to start spending points. -
How do I log in to my account?
Our log in is now password-less! Just enter your email address, and you’ll be sent a code to your email address that will let you into your account. How do I spend my points, and how long do I have to spend them?
Points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date they were earnt. To spend them, you will need to log into your KILLSTAR account, and you will see a drop-down menu at checkout if you have points to redeem as a reward. This reward will apply as a discount code off your order, and deduct those po... -
We offer points to redeem in increments of 100. So 100 points = £5 off, 200 points = £10 off, and so on. You can see more HERE.
