The Inner Circle - Our VIP Program

  • Have my points transferred from the previous points program? We contacted all VIP customers who had a points balance in late January to advise that the previous points program would be ending on 29 February 2024. Any points that remained unused after this date were lost and cannot be transferred to the new program.
  • How do I know what part of the Inner Circle I am in? Log in to your VIP account/log in to customer account and click on Inner Circle and scroll down. Where you see the perks section you will see “current tier” over the tier you are in.

  • How do I redeem rewards? When logged in you will see available rewards in a dropdown menu at the checkout. Simply select the reward you wish to use.
  • When will my points be available? There's a 14-day pending period before spending based points are approved and available for redemption.
  • What are the free gifts and exclusive discounts? These will vary and will be communicated to customers in the relevant tiers via email as and when they are available.
  • How will I receive my birthday/anniversary reward? You must add your birthday to your profile at least 30 days before the date of your birthday. The reward itself will show at the checkout in the dropdown menu of available rewards.
  • What is the minimum spend threshold for my referee/the person I refer? Referring a new customer earns you a gift card; the person you refer must create an account and place their first order. They will receive a money-off coupon code with a minimum spend threshold. The minimum spend is £/$/€ 45.
  • Can I use my points on items included in a current promotion/sale? Yes you can combine with an offer on the site but not with an actual discount code.
  • When do rewards expire? Rewards expire after 6 months of inactivity. Making a purchase whilst logged in is activity for this purpose. Reviews, social follows etc are not activity for this purpose
