Health and safety is super important to us and this means some items cannot be returned to us.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the following items back for return:
- Swim and Bodysuits
- Intimates
- Face masks
- Earrings
- Lipsticks or cosmetics including hair dye
- Items purchased via RESURRECT
- Gift Cards
- Any promotional items included free of charge must also be returned shall the order be returned in full.
- Of course, it's absolutely fine to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear or wash it. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you an exchange or refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items are inspected on return. In order to receive your requested exchange or a full refund/store credit, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached (e.g., shoes should be returned with the original shoe box).
